How to book Komodo Open Trip 3 Days 2 Nights
To book this tour, We need you to provide some information as th followings:
* Photos/copies of passport (all of you) this is for park registration before visiting Komodo Park.
* Pick up and drop off location
* A small down payment of 30% to guarantee and secure the private boat tour booking, this can be done by Wise Transfer as we do since 2022 and the easiest we can do. We do not use PayPal for a moment because PayPal charges too much fees. Once you have made the down payment please let us know by sending us the receipt.
The remaining balance will be settled during our initial meeting in Labuan Bajo, coinciding with the commencement of the trip (on pick up time). Payment of the balance can be made via IDR cash or card, including debit and credit cards bearing the MASTERCARD, VISA, and JCB logos. Note that the bank will apply a 3% charge for credit card payments (this fee is not imposed by us).
Terms & Conditions on Komodo Open Trip:
- Total Number of Participants: The total number of participants on each boat is determined by the number of cabins available on the boat, as indicated in the provided boat documents and price list.
- Booking and Payment: To secure your booking, a down payment of 30% must be made to the owner’s bank account. Full payment is required within 7 days before departure or in the morning before boarding the boat.
- Participant Identification: Participants must send official photo identification (such as KTP or Passport) for verification purposes.
- Cancellation Policy: The down payment cannot be refunded in the event of participant cancellation or trip cancellation. Participants are expected to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and terms.
- Punctuality: Participants are required to arrive at the meeting place on time. Late arrivals may result in disruption or delay of the tour.
- Responsibility: Outside of the scheduled trip hours, the tour operator is not responsible for any incidents or occurrences. Participants are advised to exercise caution and vigilance.
- Tour Cancellation: The tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour under certain circumstances beyond their control. In such cases, the down payment will be refunded in full.
- Equipment Responsibility: Participants are responsible for any damage or loss of snorkeling equipment during the tour.
- Agreement: By participating in the tour, participants are deemed to understand and agree to all the provisions outlined in the terms and conditions.
- Early Conclusion: Sometimes, the tour may finish earlier on the last day due to flight schedule changes without prior notification. Participants should be prepared for such eventualities.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly advise all participants to obtain comprehensive travel insurance coverage from a reputable insurance company in their respective countries.
